Gandharva Veda
Gandharva Veda is the eternal music of nature.
Music is made up of coherent frequencies—some different, some the same. The many values of frequency, or sound, come together to create a melody. The entire universe, with its infinite variety of forms and objects, consists of different frequencies or sounds, and there is a wave of bliss everywhere in nature.
Think of the Earth moving around the Sun, or of the many galaxies and stars moving through space. Everything moves according to its own rhythm and follows its particular path. There must be a great satisfaction in nature—in the Earth and in the entire starry universe—in following a particular path without deviation. One would follow such a pattern only if it were blissful.
The element of bliss, of more and more growth, must be inherent in nature's activity. It must be nature's inherent tendency to move in waves of bliss. The eternal harmony of nature must be a pattern of bliss—the whole of nature always moving in waves of bliss.
This is reflected in the process of evolution, which means more and more knowledge, greater happiness, and continuous progress. The melody of nature is eternally the same, going on and on in waves of bliss everywhere. These rhythms are maintained at all times. Due to the maintenance of all these rhythms, the infinite variety of creation is beautifully coordinated by natural law.
When people violate the laws of nature, problems arise because the population of the world has not been sufficiently educated to think and act spontaneously according to natural law. Crises, failures, conflicts, terrorism, and war—all these negative values spring from the violation of natural law by humanity.
To neutralize this stress, knowledge has been available since Vedic times. Vedic civilization was a civilization that enjoyed heaven on Earth, which means that life was lived according to natural law.
Gandharva music is the most refined expression of sound and its values, ultimately reaching the level of frequency. It is the self-referral dynamics of consciousness, which is infinite frequency. Infinite frequency is on the level of the unified field of natural law, which Vedic science calls the Samhita of Rishi, Devata, and Chhandas.
We express our gratitude to our tradition of masters, who have given us this insight into the activity of nature and this precious gift of Gandharva music to create harmony in nature.
Gandharva music is a precious gift to the whole world, for all times.
