Based on breathing exercise Pranayam(naad yoga) .Breathing which inhales and excels for longer gives more oxygen to the body.Alap is the soul of the Raga. It shows the caliber of the musician. His capacity of intellection, mind’s eye, how far he could think of the boundaries of the thought with creative combination of melodic notes set to the rhythem.It takes years of practice to get command on the scale to perform freely. Every days practice brings the different shades to the raga, fulfillment of intense happiness, ecstasy, exaltation, euphoria the total bliss.Experience of supreme sound the Naad Brahma. Music for longevity
After scientific research, yoga has proved that how helpful is it to live healthy &long life.
Pranayam (birthing exercise) and meditation helps to eradicate the diseases from the body. Indian classical singing is based on pranayam, it is total breathing control and breathing exercise. Practicing music is almost doing yoga (pranayam) every day, as every one knows these days practicing yoga means how much good to your body & mind. Naturally, it would help you to live long. This music makes you stress free, in the sense, it is helpful for physical and mental helth.Listening to this music has great calming effect. It is always good to start your day with this kind of music. Indian classical music is age old technique part of Veda with musical combinations of different notes goes with nature’s cycle, fallows seasons as well as time of the day and night it has seasonal, morning,evening,after noon,mid night ragas. Therefore, it goes with nature.
Singing gives internal exercise to the body, especially very well for respiratory system. Since it is based on breathing. Gives more oxygen to the blood to purify it. Increases concentration level. Gives joy while practicing music since it is creative art. Satisfaction of creating something beautiful. Takes to another level of conciseness, which is pure, blissful and divine in it self.. It is meditation. As meditation, gives clear thought on clear mind, powerfull-thinking capacity to know about different things. Helps to get pure knowledge out which is already within you. Very easy to get mastery on the things of your desire carrier and achieve success in life and live healthy,happy,long life.
