Mantra.

Well being to the entire manifestation of the universe. Reciting mantras can carry people back to the very source of being. As everyone is aware of, India has thousands of year’s spiritual rich ancestry, lineage, origin and ethos of Gurus. Chanting of mantras has been great considerable tradition from Vedic times. It has strength and impact, influence and affect on every creation of nature.
But spiritual uplift is not the only out come. Scientists recently discovered that mantras have possible physiological benefits for the heart. Reciting Sanskrit mantras and devotional prayer regulated the breath and synchronized the heart rhythms in a study conducted by Italian researchers. The researcher’s team speculated this happened, prayer and mantra slow the breath rate to an optimal six breath per minute. Vocal recitations engage the breath rhythms that, in turn influence the heart rhythms. Smoothing and lengthening breathing regulates heart rhythms, oxygenates the blood, and induces a feeling of calm and well-being. Recent research has found that reciting mantras or prayers reduces the risk of heart attacks and strokes.
India has offered the great gift of yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, Ghandharva Veda to the world.
But we Indians do not realize the value of it. We are going away from our own things. Let us give a serious thought to it and try to practice as well.
Vedang Dharashive.

Our Mantra is like a Staff in our life. It supports us through crisis & turbulent times. More we repeat, deeper it sinks into our consciousness reminding us of our oneness with universal consciousness. More we become aware of this connection, more it connects us with deeper sources of strength, patience, & love. Thus we help ourselves heal old sources of conflicts & balance our turbulent mind.
