His capacity of intellection, mind’s eye, how far he could think of the boundaries of the thought with creative combination of melodic notes set to the rhythem.It takes years of practice to get command on the scale to perform freely. Every days practice brings the different shades to the raga, fulfillment of intense happiness, ecstasy, exaltation, euphoria the total bliss.Experience of supreme sound the Naad Brahma. Effects of Music on Children.

How Music is beneficial for Children? Music has been around for ages.Indian classical Music has thousands of years rich background.Uses of music have become very innovative and scientifically purposeful over the years.Recently it has been proven that children who grow up under the influence of music have rounder,fuller experience in all aspects of life.It helps to improve their education,cognitive ability,as well as social skills.Through the use of music body and mind work together.Exposing children to music during their early development helps them learn the sound and meanings of the words.Dancing to music helps children build motor skills while allowing them to practice them self expression.If you want to keep your brain engaged throughout the aging process,listening to or playing to music is a great tool,it provides a total brain workout.Kids who study music from an early age can do better in creative things,hard work ,discipline,patience,boots self esteem,overall well-being,regulates emotions,creats happiness,relaxation and provides comfort.There are more benefits of music like,it helps for language development,increases IQ level,makes brain work harder,It helps to concentrate,proven aid to learning.Some uses of Singing.Singing strengthens immune system,singing is based on breathing so it is breathing exercise(Pranayam)helps you live longer,improves your posture,natural anti depressants,lowers stress,improves mental alertness,helps sound sleep,boosts your confidence,broadens communication skills.Now days Music therapy is used for many different issues from stress relief to mental,emotional and behavioral problems.It has been shown to help treat depression to help elderly people deal with memory loss associated with diseases such as Alzheimer and Dementia.So it is good idea to have exposure to music at early age for children,specially Indian classical Music is very effective because of it's Raga system,it has very deep meditative calming effects on body, mind and environment.It goes with nature,we have Ragas for morning,evening, midnight and for different seasons as well.In olden days to cure disease they used different Ragas for different disease.So learn music,practice music it is always good to improve your lifestyle.
